Harry Chapman - CEO
 A
founding member of the firm, Harry's primary role and responsibility is
devoted to contract negotiation and diligence analysis of potential and
suitable vendors for Chapman Schewe's customers. He occasionally consults
with provider organizations that deliver medical services, such as HMOs
and insurance companies, to assist them in developing and operating their
managed
care
strategies.
Prior to creating the practice, he served as a Corporate Senior Vice-President
and Managed Care Officer of CIGNA's South Central Region, with responsibilities
for HMO and PPO plans in several states.
Prior to that position, he was head of EQUICOR's Health Plan and sales
operation in Houston, Regional Vice-President for Lincoln National Life
Insurance Company's Central Region and Regional Manager for Lincoln's Employee
Benefit Office in Houston.
