Ken Mensio , CEBS–National Account Executive

Ken Mensio is a Strategic Planning Employee Benefits Consultant with CSI Benefits. Ken brings to CSI Benefits a broad experience base that includes founding his own company, KM Consulting Group, Inc., as well as holding managerial positions within other organizations, and serving clients through a variety of sales and service roles.

Ken has over 16 years in the insurance industry, holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation (CEBS) from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and served as the membership chair of the Houston Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS).

Ken served as Vice-President for an insurance brokerage firm in Houston, where he was responsible for the management of the employee benefits department, which had $1.2 million in revenues. In addition to Ken’s management responsibilities, his duties included sales and service of key employee benefit corporate clients, market research, benefit analysis, financial analysis, due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions, implementation of employee benefit programs, and employee communication strategies.
