He is one of the original founders of CSI. As a National Account Executive, Richard is instrumental in the analysis, recommendation, implementation and service of various types of employee benefit programs including medical, life, disability, dental, 401k and various voluntary products. Prior to joining CSI, Richard was a CFO for several mid-size companies.
