Rick is a founding principal of Chapman Schewe in San Antonio. Rick has management responsibilities in addition to representing clients in coordinating and implementing their Fringe Benefit Plans. He specializes in the search and selection of Life, Medical, Dental, Short and Long Term Disability, as well as Retirement, Deferred Compensation and Key Executive Plans. Rick also serves as the coordinator for the Individual Life Plans in all Chapman Schewe offices nationwide.

Prior to forming CS, Rick was with CIGNA Financial Advisors, where he was recognized as one of the leading producers in the nation. He has received numerous industry awards, been a featured speaker for the state and national associations and is a published author.
